Who we are...
Top Quality Remodeling was created in Colorado in the early 1990's. Our founder and president, Erik Listou, started in the construction industry as a summer laborer in 1966 and is now nationally recognized as an industry expert with three national certifications as well as project and leadership awards.
Our staff changes as the work changes. Our Job Supervisors, sub contractors and suppliers are individual in their skills and are matched up to the right job and homeowner.
