Our Company: Our company provides a unique team approach to
remodeling. We provide full time job supervision, complete design and construction
services, all permitting and variance work necessary, written safety policies and regular
progress meetings with homeowners.
Our Staff:
We provide only the
best in staff support for you. Our trained project managers are
there to ensure your home is safe and beautiful.
Our estimating
utilizes our own copyrighted system. We have developed The Budget
System to ensure you of accurate estimating and project tracking.
Our administrative
services include the
latest in technical, hardware and software systems. Our accounting
is all internal, supported by an independent bookkeeper and an independent
accountant. The office is computerized with additional paper files.
The Construction Management staff
coordinates all field activities. All subcontractors and suppliers used by Top Quality
Remodeling are supervised and checked for quality, performance and cost.
The owner has over 30
years in construction,
including 14 years developing Top Quality Remodeling Inc. He spent two years as
the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver. He
has managed over $65 million in construction, about $60M of that in
remodeling. He completed a four year electrical apprenticeship program,
has developed master craftsmanship abilities in several trades and is a
national Certified Graduate Remodeler, and a national Certified Aging in
Place Specialist.
